In Saint Lucia, sea moss also known as Irish Moss, is considered a superfood containing 92 of the 102 minerals found in the human body and has many health benefits.  Sea moss is a type of seaweed grown and harvested in the Atlantic Ocean of Saint Lucia, where it is cleaned and sun-dried.  To be be consumed, the sea moss has to be rehydrated with water and blended to form a gel used in various foods such as smoothies, milk-drinks, soups ice-creams and plenty more.
